About Me

Hello and welcome! My name is Kimberly Bradford, and I am proud to be part of the Gavilan Peak Elementary community. I am an Arizona native with 14 years of experience teaching first, second, and third grades. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University and a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University.

Teaching is truly my passion. I love creating a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel safe, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. One of the greatest joys of my job is watching students grow, build confidence, and accomplish goals they once thought were out of reach. I believe every child has unique strengths, and it is my mission to help them discover and develop those talents throughout the school year.

When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and exploring Arizona’s beautiful outdoors. I’m excited for another amazing year of learning and growing together!

By practicing the Gavilan PEAK Way daily, students learn important life skills that extend beyond the classroom. Together, we strive to create a safe, fun, and encouraging environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
